It is difficult to achieve. There were moments in my life when I did feel that I let myself go for the sake of my art, when I directed plays. Sometimes now it happens in the kitchen, when I am so focused on melding flavors in a sauce, or a cocktail. Lucky for me and Steve in these instances, the rewards are not just internal.<br /><br />(I'll have to check out Miller.
